Delays

 

Demands on the Doctors time within each consultation and the need to see urgent cases as they occur may cause delays. Our reception staff will endeavour to inform you of any delay when you arrive.

 

If delays are significant we may ring you to let you know, but often it is simply too busy in the waiting room to stay on top.

For this reason, we advise that you phone before you leave for your appointment to check that the doctor is running on time.
