Cancellation Policy

 

A cancellation fee is charged where an appointment is missed, you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee* where you fail to provide adequate notice to the practice (no less than 2 hours prior) that you are unable to attend your scheduled GP appointment.

*Please note a $75 cancellation fee applies to long appointments, after hours appointments & weekend appointments where you fail to notify the practice no less than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

 

Notice of at least 24 is required for all other appointments (allied health and specialist appointments) and the cancellation fees vary according to the practitioner. Notice of at least 48 hours is required for appointment with Caren Brand (Psychologist). Please ask reception if you require more information.
