Cancellation Policy

 

A cancellation fee is charged where an appointment is missed, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee* where you fail to provide adequate notice to the practice (no less than 2 hours prior) that you are unable to attend your scheduled GP appointment.

*Please note a $50 cancellation fee applies to after hours and weekend appointments where you fail to notify the practice no less than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

 

Notice of 24 hours is required for all other appointments (allied health and specialist appointments) and the cancellation fees vary according to the practitioner. Please ask reception if you require more information.
